Our Story
UV10 LLC was established in Austin, Texas to acquire and manage residential real estate investments. Since 2025, the company has set out to build a small portfolio of rental properties in the Austin area, one acquisition at a time. Day-to-day responsibilities include property research, financial oversight, vendor coordination, and long-term asset planning.
Our Mission
UV10’s mission is to manage its real estate holdings responsibly — balancing steady cash flow with long-term property value, maintaining strong vendor and tenant relationships, and making disciplined, well-researched decisions as the portfolio grows.
Our Founder
Natalie founded UV10 LLC and manages the company’s day-to-day operations from Austin, Texas. Her responsibilities span real estate administration, financial record keeping, vendor coordination, and ongoing landlord duties and decisions.
Natalie is proud to live and work in Austin.
